Peggy Manning

Margaret “Peggy” Manning, 54, passed away November 28, 2016.  She was born May 28, 1962 in Great Lakes, IL, the daughter of Leonard C. and Nora A. (Conneally) Schlaak.   She graduated from K-State with a degree in Fashion Design and was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority.  Peggy worked for Pryor Learning Solutions from 1987 to 2016 where she worked in Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Operations Help Desk.  Survivors include her son, Connor S. Manning, brothers, Brian Schlaak (Christine) and Leonard Schlaak (Catherine) and her son’s father, John Manning. She is preceded in death by her sister Cathy Brunk.  Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday beginning with a Rosary at 6 PM at Johnson County Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be 10 AM Saturday at Ascension Catholic Church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Kansas City Hospice House.  Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.johnsoncountychapel.com.
