Anna Shaw

Anna Kay Shaw of Prairie Village, KS passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the age of 80.  Anna was the devoted wife of the late Fred D. Shaw; beloved daughter of the late Edgar Allen and the late Anna Frances Fitzgerald; dear mother of Sherlyn Talkington and Cindy Shelby; cherished grandmother of Hannah Houske, Jack Talkington and Camille Talkington and dear sister of Terry Fitzgerald.

Anna attended Kansas State University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. She and Fred married in 1959 and were married for 52 years. She was active in P.E.O. and served several terms as president and treasurer in the GM Chapter. Anna will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Rolling Hills Presbyterian Church, 9300 Nall Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66207.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64145.
