C.H. Joseph Chang

C.H. Joseph Chang, 88, of Mission Hills, Kansas, peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on November 15, 2017.  Born in 1929 in Seoul, Korea, Dr. Chang received his M.D. and Ph.D. and was a Professor of Radiology at Kansas University Medical Center for 36 years, and served as the head of the Diagnostic Radiology division.  He met the love of his life, Dr. C.S. "Sue" Chun, in medical school where she was the first and only female medical student admitted to Yonsei Medical School in Seoul.   They were married for 62 years and he is survived by his wife and their four children, Dr. Paul Chang (Helen), Marian Chang, Deborah Chang, Linda Chang, and his grandchildren, Christopher (Catherine) and Alexandra Chang.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Johnson County Chapel.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Old Mission United Methodist Church.
