Quinn Elizabeth Tipton was born on April 19, 2018 to Michael and Sarah Tipton of Overland Park. If her 3 siblings—Marin, Micah and Sidney—portend her demeanor, she would’ve been a true character who would have brought joy to all she encountered. Only briefly in our lives, but never of this world, she was a special gift unopened. Services will be private for the family.
