Cecilia Carter

Cecilia “CeCe” Linda Grace Carter passed away unexpectedly on September 27, 2017, at the young age of 20. She was born on January 23, 1997 in Overland Park, KS. She was a graduate of Blue Valley Northwest High School and was attending Johnson County Community College. CeCe will be remembered for her positive outlook on life, her engaging smile, and her loving nature to anyone that walked into her life. She had a passion for painting, music, performing arts, swimming, and teaching others. She treasured teaching swim lessons at Blue Valley Parks and Recreation in Overland Park, KS. She liked to spend her time with family and friends, play video games, and just hang out.

CeCe will be missed by those who loved her most; her parents Dan and Lori, Grandparents John and Pattie Carter, James and Jerry Bailey, brother Patrick Carter, sister Patricia Garlett, and boyfriend Jason Laramore. Also left to cherish her memories are her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, large extended family, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 6th, 2017 at 2pm, followed by a celebration of life from 3-5 pm at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS.
