William ( Bill ) Giese, 94 of Kansas City, MO, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at Bishop Spenser Place. He grew up and lived in Kansas City his entire life, except for his service in the United States Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theater. Attended The University of Missouri and worked for the State of Missouri.
He was married to his beloved wife Shirley for 64 years, who preceded him in death.
Bill is survived by his Nephew Mark and Lynn Giese of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Niece Janice and Dale Gebhard of Mustang, Oklahoma, and Nephew Kurt and Anna Giese of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Services will be 2:00pm, Saturday October 10, 2020 at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS with burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
