James West Jr.

James L. West Jr., 62, of Overland Park, KS passed away on December 4th, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Jim grew up in Kansas City, MO attending Center High School and Longview Community College. He loved fishing, golfing, sports and most of all music. Jim will be dearly missed and always remembered for his crazy sense of humor.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Carolyn, his children Jamie West, Allison Stephan (Ben) and Ashley Hotka (Steven), 5 grandchildren Finnlan, Sullivan, Rowan, Madden and Lochlan, his mother Janice Santero and father Jim West Sr. and brothers John and Jeff. A celebration of life be held in Jim's honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We invite all of his loved ones to join us in celebrating Jim at The Social Bar and Grill at 13410 W 62nd Terrace, Shawnee, KS 66216 on Friday December 10th between 3PM and 6PM.
