Ronald E. Turner, 54 died January 16, 2019 with his family by his side in Overland Park, KS.

He was born October 17, 1964, in Mexico, MO to Harold and Patricia Turner.

He was known for his great cooking and love of life. He is the founder of the FB page Friends of Cooking Dad which went international and has over 2,500 friends. Lovingly known as Ronnie he was wheelchair bound but that did not hinder him from having barbecues, family dinners and parties.  He also enjoyed doing road trips to places like Branson, St. Louis, Dallas just to name a few with his family and traveling to South Carolina to visit his youngest grandson.

He is survived by his wife (Cynthia Turner), children (Anthony, Jazmine, Kristian and Onyx), godson (Micah), and grandchildren (Dallas, Mijah and Ace), his mother (Patricia Turner), brother (Jerome Turner) and numerous family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Turner and grandson, Marcus Landrum.

Service will be held at United Believers Community Church on Saturday, January 26, 2019. Visitation will be from 10:00 am and celebration of life will follow at 11:00 am at 5600 E 112th Ter, Kansas City, MO 64137.
