Alex “Allie” Lahr, 22, of Lenexa, KS, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.
She was born on November 25, 1991 in South Bend, IN., which made her a longtime Colts fan. Allie grew up in Lenexa and graduated from Shawnee Mission West in 2010.
We are going to miss her bubbly spirit, her quirky sense of humor, rapid-fire chattering and her ability to find a Friends quote for every occasion.
She is preceded in death by her fraternal grandparents, Robert F. and Nora Lahr.
Allie is survived by her parents, Rob and Amy Lahr; her adored brother Tyler and her younger brother Mitchell Lahr who was her greatest love of all time; maternal grandparents, Charlotte Blitsch and Gary Blitsch and his wife Sharon Hotchkiss and many aunts and uncles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM on Monday, October 6, 2014, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 13600 W. 92nd St., Lenexa, KS 66215. Family will receive friends from 5 PM to 8 PM on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210. Burial will at Resurrection Cemetery, 8321 Quivira Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215.
