Christian Byler Beattie, age 41, of Overland Park, KS passed away on November 12, 2013 from acute myeloid leukemia. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, November 15, 2013 with visitation beginning one hour prior at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 13145 Blackbob Road, Olathe, KS 66062. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, 13901 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS.
Christian was preceded in death by his father, Richard Curtis Beattie; maternal grandparents, Clement E. and Margaret E. White; and paternal grandparents, John Beattie and Gladys Beattie. Survivors include his mother, Donna Kay Lehner and stepfather, John C. Lehner; brother, Brenden Ward Beattie (Malee); niece Megan and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Olathe Medical Center for all their help during this time.
