Christine Puying Chao

Christine Chao passed away unexpectedly on April 8th, 2023, at the age of 61. She was born on June 9th, 1962. She graduated with a masters degree of art, specifically in fashion and design in 1989. Christine will be remembered for her positivity, her engaging smile, and her welcome nature to anyone that she meets. She had a passion for movies, music, and watching sports. She liked to spend her time with family and friends, eating good food, and travelling for food and sports.

Christine will be missed by those who loved her most; her sons Daniel and David Ting,  husband Otto Ting, brother Guang Zu Chao, and mother Jin Hua Yang. Also left to cherish her memories are her grandmother, extended family, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday April 15 2023, 8:45 AM, followed by Funeral Services at 9:15 AM at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS.
