Dale W. Miller, 86, Merriam passed away Sunday May 17, 2015 at the Olathe Hospice House. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00pm Thursday May 21, 2015 at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday May 22, 2015 at our chapel. Burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Dale is survived by his wife, Wanda Miller, two daughters: Gayle Culpepper and her husband, Greg, and Tina Kinsey; three brothers: Paul Miller, Duane Miller and Lawrence Miller; and four grandchildren: Bailey Culpepper, Taylor Culpepper, Kameron Kinsey and Brooke Kinsey. Memorial contributions are suggested to Olathe Hospice Hour or Midland Adventist Academy.
