Deloris Brennaman Wilson was born on July 1, 1930 to Walter and Anne Brennaman. She was the youngest of 11 children. Deloris married the love of her life, Arthur F. Wilson Jr., on November 25, 1950. They were married for 66 years before his passing in 2016. Deloris had 6 children, Chelle, Mona, Charles, Mary (Tom), Sandra (Gary), and Melanie. She was grandmother to 10, great grand to 17, and great great grand to 4.
Deloris was raised to work hard. As a youngster she rode horses, farmed, and travelled. She loved to roller skate, dance, garden and was an excellent bowler. She retired from the banking industry. Deloris loved math and moving the large amounts of money around. She was also a wonderful seamstress and worked for the Singer Sewing Machine Co. Deloris passed her work ethic and volunteerism onto her children. She loved volunteering as she was a kind and caring person. Deloris passed these traits onto her children. After retiring she enjoyed playing bingo, watching the Price is Right, and loved going to garage sales and thrift stores. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she had a collection of Santa’s numbering over 1300 many of which were obtained from those garage sales and thrift store she loved to go to.
Deloris leaves a legacy of love, dedication, support, and strength to 4 generations of descendants. She was loved by her family who will miss her greatly!
