Elsie (Bourquin) Dobbs, 86, Overland Park, Kansas passed away June 18, 2009 at Overland Park Nursing & Rehab.
She was born Jan. 27, 1923. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alberic & Marcella (VanDaele) Bourquin; husband, Ray Dobbs; and sister, Lorene (Bourquin) Blough. Survivors include her brother-in-law, Wayne Blough; nephews, John Blough (Paula) and Michael Blough; and niece, Gloria O'Malley (Pat).
Private scattering will be at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, Shawnee, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Odyssey Health Care, 800 E. 101st Ter., Suite 150, Kansas City, Missouri 64131 or charity of your choice. Arrangements: D.W.
