Mrs. Georgia Graham

Georgia Elizabeth Graham 76, of Merriam, Kansas, passed away on October 13, 2014 at her home.  Georgia was born March 19, 1938, in Kansas City, MO.  Georgia was retired from selling Avon for over 20 years.  She won many awards over the years for top sales as well as other accomplishments.  In her spare time she enjoyed reading her autobiographies, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandson whom she adored.  She was a friend to everyone she met and will be missed greatly by family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother Pearl I. Goodson, her father Ralph Boren and step-father Estelle Goodson.   Georgia is survived by her husband, Emmitt L. Graham however he passed away just 4 days after her.  She is also survived by son Emmitt F.K. Graham, his daughter Renee Wolford with husband Gerald Wolford, her step-brother Fred Goodson as well as other step brothers and one step-sister Laura Goodson and grandson Matthew L. Borders.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on October 23, 2014 at Johnson County Funeral Chapel & Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 on October 24.  Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice of KC and the Humane Society of KC.
