Gloria Goodrich Vobejda, born Gloria Jenvey, age 83 of Overland Park, KS, passed away, Thursday, December 31, 2010.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66210. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.
Gloria was born June 26, 1927 in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, the West Indies. She graduated with a B.A. in journalism from the University of Kansas, and was a professional journalist.
She is survived by her husband George Vobejda, and her children, Vicki Farron-Vobejda, Nancy Lynne Vobejda and Robert Vobejda.
