Granville Braham

Granville P. Braham, 96, died on December 11, 2021.  He was born November 5, 1925, to Percy and Mae Braham of Callaway County, MO.  He served as a member of the Army-Aircorps in WWII. Following the war, he married Jane Wickell, and they were married 70 years until her death in 2016.  Granville earned a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the University of Kansas and worked as an engineer at the Boeing Company in Wichita, Kansas, and the Marley Company in Kansas City. He and his wife enjoyed travel and visited six continents.  Survivors include two children, Barbara Braham (Rick Braveheart), Brian Braham (Elizabeth), grandchildren, Collin (Krislin) Braham and Scott (Diana) Braham, and great granddaughter Heidi. Preceding him in death were two sisters, Lola Jones and Gladys McCarty.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pleasant Grove Cemetery Association c/o Pleasant Grove Church 3686 State Road E, Auxvasse MO 65231, which provides for the upkeep and care of the cemetery where Granville’s parents and sisters are buried.
