Hazel Smart, 92, of Lenexa, passed away October 11, 2017. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 14th from 10:00-11:00 am, Service 11:00 am, at Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave Overland Park KS 66210. Burial will follow at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
