Henry Raymond Wagner

Henry R. Wagner (Hank) passed away on May 4, 2026 at the age of 86. Born on December 12, 1939 Hank was one of five children born to Henry and Francis Wagner. Hank, a Navy Veteran, was an outstanding athlete his entire life who ran numerous marathons and worked out religiously every day. He loved all animals especially his dogs. He was a successful insurance broker and the owner of Grease Monkey located in Overland Park, Kansas. However, Hank’s greatest accomplishment was that he was a great provider, loving husband and an absolutely wonderful father. His main focus was always that his children succeed and live happy lives. Hank was a devout Catholic who attended mass regularly.

Hank was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Francis Wagner, his loving wife Mary Ann Wagner and his two siblings Francis Million and Mary Haggard. He is survived by his twosons R.Michael Wagner -Mike (Melody) and Jeffrey Wagner (Michell), two siblings Louise Walter and Helen Wright, numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends.

Dad you will be greatly missed.

Services will be held Tuesday May 12, 2026 at Queen of the Holy Rosary Church located in Overland Park, Kansas. Visitation at 9am with funeral mass following at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
