JESSIE E. GADDY, 93, Mission, KS passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013.
Mr. Gaddy is survived by his wife, Erma; one son, Steve Gaddy and his wife, Jeanann; two daughters, Janet Brammer and her husband, Larry and Pamela Gaddy-McLallen and her husband Dennis; two sisters, Kathleen Fischbach and Mary Tankersley; eight grandchildren, Jeff and Stacey Gaddy, Jennifer Jacobi, Mindy Shannon, Keri Phillips, Bryan and Brett Brammer; seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Gaddy; his sister, Ruth Wilks; and his grandson James Todd Gaddy.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2013 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66210. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions to Gentiva Hospice, 8735 Rosehill Road, Suite 200, Lenexa, KS 66215.
