Kathryn (Kay) R. Leland, age 76, of Overland Park, KS, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. She was born on July 23, 1936 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of James and Helen Roth. She served on the board of the Kansas City Ballet and Symphony. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Roger with whom she was married for 38 years. They enjoyed travel, the performing arts, and were long time season ticket holders of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Survivors include daughter, Holly (Jay) Krueger of Alexandria, VA; sons, Chris Leland, Huntsville, AL, Dan (Susan) Leland, Dallas, TX, John (Michelle) Leland, Dubuque, IA, Tracy (Anita) Huston, Grandview, MO; four grandchildren, Evan, Dylan, Daniel and Kristen and loving family.
