LaSheta Rose Jemison, born on May 13th, 1981, in Birmingham, Alabama, she was the youngest daughter of Carl & Brenda Jemison. She was the center of many lives at once – a devoted mother whose love shaped her loving son, Kameron M. Jemison, cherished sister & brother whose laughter & loyalty never faded, and a beloved daughter who carried her family’s strength and kindness forward, & a dear friend whose compassion made people feel truly seen.
To know her was to know generosity, resilience, and warmth. She gave comfort without hesitation, celebrated others without envy, and loved with her whole heart. Her family was her greatest pride, and the memories she created will remain a lasting gift to everyone fortunate enough to love her.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandmothers (Big Momma) Evelyn Lucille Patton Brown, & Myrene Sanders. Grandmothers Elizabeth Sanders & Juliette Esther Brown Thomas. Grandfathers (RV) Rosewell Rogers, Carl Jemison Sr.
