She treasured her trips to Japan with her mother, explorations of France and England with her family, and yearly skiing adventures in Colorado. In the later years of her life, her visits to Disney World and travels around the United States, France, and Italy became cherished experiences.

Furthermore, Lori discovered a creative outlet in woodworking, immersing herself in projects that showcased her skill and ingenuity. It was not uncommon for her to dismantle something simply to recreate it in a more impressive form, signifying her dedication to craftsmanship and her belief in continuous improvement.

Though Lori attended various churches throughout her life, she held a special fondness for the teachings of her Grandpa Moreland, her favorite minister, who greatly influenced her spiritual path.

Lori is survived by her son, Sean McCutcheon; her brother, Paul McCutcheon; her sister-in-law, Val McCutcheon; and her former spouse, Julia Gosney-McCutcheon. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, David E. and Norma L. McCutcheon.

Lori Kay McCutcheon will be remembered for her vivacity, her impressive array of talents, and her unwavering connection to those she loved. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
