Lydia Harper Moore, age 3 months, of Overland Park, KS, passed away on June 14th, 2016. Visitation will be 10-11 AM, followed by funeral service Monday June 20th at 11AM, at Johnson County Funeral Chapel. Burial in Longview Cemetery, immediately following services.
Lydia was born March 10th, 2016 in Kansas City, KS. She was a beautiful baby, always happy and smiling.
She is survived by her mother and father Scott and Lexie Moore, sister Emily Moore, grandmother Trish Moore, grandfather Donald Moore, and grandmother Stefanie Shumaker.
