Mary Joyce McCarthy, 64, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2007 at her home.
Mary was born July 18, 1942 in LaGrange, GA. She was the widow of James McCarthy, her husband of 34 years, mother of her three children and grandmother of one. A friend to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings.
She is survived by her three children, Kristi, Tim and Todd; her grandson, Todd Joseph II; son-in-law, Casey Sparks; brother, Lamar and sister, Linda.
She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Kozmo.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 8 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Chapel), 9130 Pflumm Rd., Lenexa, KS. Friends may call on the family one-hour prior to the service at the church. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Catholic Charities, 2220 Central Ave., Kansas City, KS 66102.
