Merlyn "Tippy" McMorris

Merlyn “Tippy” McMorris passed away at the age of 88 at Menorah Hospital in Overland Park, KS December 19, 2023. She was born in Kansas City, MO. She was a graduate of Kansas University Medical Center school of nursing.

She leaves her son Ron (wife Debbie), daughter Cheryl (husband Randy) and three grandsons Adam, Kevin & Duncan.

She is survived by two brothers, Larry Parsons, and twin brother Paul "Toppy" Parsons.

Shis is preceded indeath by her husband Richard G. McMorris.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Old Mission United Methodist Church, 5519 State Park Road, Fairway, Kansas 66205.

Immediately following the service, the family will greet friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Old Mission United Methodist Church.
