Nancy was born on December 20, 1931 to Harry and Olive Williams.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 35 years, George Randall Clay III. Survivors include her daughter Vicky Holden of Overland Park, KS and son Gary Clay and Lisa Wilson of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Clayton and Rachel Holden of Overland Park, KS.
