Robert Scott Kirkendall

Robert Scott Kirkendall, 61, Overland Park, passed away on January 27, 2024. After high school, Scott attended and graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence.  After graduation Scott moved to Saint Louis where he worked for GE Plastics before returning back home to Overland Park to work with his dad at The Roberts Plastic Group Inc. in 1999. After his father’s death in 2001, Scott took over the company and ran it until his death.   Scott was a big sports fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and KU Jayhawks.   Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Robert K. and Gail Kirkendall and his brother, Jonathan David Kirkendall.    Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ronald Reagan Library or the George W. Bush Library.
