Mr. Robert (Rob Mayer

Robert A. (Rob) Mayer, 46 of Sunrise Beach, MO (Formerly of Kansas City, KS) passed away April 9, 2007 of natural causes.
Rob was born in Mission, KS and attended St. Agnes grade school, followed by Bishop Miege High School. Rob owned Ram Tree & Landscaping and Spotless Image Mobile Wash. Rob was a great lover of the outdoors, which was reflected in his business, recreation, and his lifestyle. Rob loved snow skiing, camping, hunting, skydiving, water sports and his dogs.
Rob is survived by his father, Lou Mayer, his step mother, Rebecca Mayer, his brother, Barry Mayer and his wife, Barbara, his sister, Cathy Bukaty and her husband, Michael and sons Michael Jr. and Ryan, step-brother, Jason Hullender and wife, Michelle & son Alex, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his best friend/companion, Rosie (the dog). Rob was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie Mayer.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Queen Of The Holy Rosary, 7023 W. 71st Street (71st & Metcalf) Overland Park, KS. Visitation, 10:00 am ? 11:30 amAM, Funeral Mass, 11:30 ? 12:30, followed by luncheon at the church. Interment will be at Johnson County Memorial Gardens, 112th & Metcalf at 3:00 PM (after the luncheon). Fond memories and condolences for the family may be left at www.dwnewcomers.com.
