Ronald Coppola

Ronald Alfred Coppola, 74, of Overland Park, KS, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020, surrounded by his family at Saint Luke’s South Hospital.

He was born September 20, 1946, in Wooster, Ohio, the son of Alfred and Edith Coppola.  He graduated from Kent State University in 1969 with a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration.  During college he enlisted in the Army National Guard and served until 1975.  He worked for GE Healthcare for over 30 years in various management roles, retiring in 2007.  He enjoyed reading, traveling, spending time with his grandchildren and enjoying life to the fullest.  He was a loyal friend, accomplished professional and dedicated father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta; his children, Andrew Coppola and Angela Coppola (Stamper); his sister, Brenda Glenn; his grandchildren, Ava Stamper, Sophia Stamper, Claire Thagard and Kennedy Thagard.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Alfred and Edith Coppola.
