Tammy Lynn Trame

Tammy Lynn Shales Trame, 65, passed away peacefully in her home on April 28, 2026. She was born on June 1, 1960, in Omaha, Nebraska, where she spent her early years before moving to Kansas City in 1983, a place she would proudly call home for the rest of her life.

Tammy earned her associate’s degree from Patricia Steven’s and went on to build a career in the airline industry, working for Worldspan and Delta for over a decade. During that time, she combined her strong work ethic with one of her greatest passions—travel. In June of 1995- Tammy decided to step away from work to start a family, and dedicated the rest of her life to raising her kids.

Tammy enjoyed bowling and golfing, and she found happiness in time spent with family, friends, and the experiences she gathered along the way. She will be remembered for her warmth, her adventurous nature, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.

Tammy is survived by her husband Steve, her sons Trace and Tanner, her parents Bob and Jerry, her sister Bobbie, her brothers Scot, Mark, and John.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her!
