She was the eldest of three children.  Her two brothers were Kevin Barlow and David Barlow.  She was married on June 6, 1986 at the Tulsa Bible Fellowship Center to Gregory A. Blake of South Charleston, WV.She engaged in post-secondary studies at Kansas Christian College, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and the Metropolitan Community Colleges, where she received the Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy.Tracey started a 30+ year professional career as a Physical Therapy Assistant at the Independence Regional Health Center of Independence, MO (today, known as Centerpointe), then the LifeCare Center of Evergreen in Evergreen, CO and completed her career with the Midland Care Corporation of Topeka, KS.

Besides her childhood home of Tulsa, OK, Tracey resided in Overland Park, KS; Independence, MO; Kansas City, KS; Conifer, CO and back to Overland Park.  Over the course of her professional career in Physical Therapy and partnering alongside her husband in local church ministries, Tracey became a beloved leader by the way she served others.  Although “behind the scenes” most of the time, her devotion to God shown through in her devotion to her family, her job, co-workers and patients, her church family and her neighbors.  In those few spare moments away from always giving to others, one of the greatest things that brought her joy and satisfaction was when she had her hands in the dirt, tending to her flowers and plants.
