Trent Beaty

October 5, 2005 — March 5, 2024

Burlington, Kansas

Trenton Leroy Beaty, age 18, left this world on March 5, 2024. He was born to JR and Shannon Beaty (Spence) on October 5, 2005.

Trent entered this world on his terms and in a hurry. Once he arrived, he was quite healthy and happy, seemingly he was just in a rush to meet his family. In 2010 Trent became a big brother when his baby sister, Lilly, was born. The way he looked at her in that hospital room, it was truly love at first sight; he was an amazing big brother to her from that day on. He protected and guarded her fiercely as a big brother should.

Trent did amazing things at a young age. He even learned to ride his bike without training wheels before he was 3 years old. At age 4, Trent took first place in the pedal pull at the Coffey County Fair, where he went on to take first place at the Kansas State Fair pedal pull, landing him a spot at the National Pedal Power Pull in Mitchell, South Dakota, at the Corn Palace. Trent would go on to compete and place in the pedal pulls at both county and state level for years to come until he aged out at 12 years old. He was always very proud of the trophies he earned competing.

Trent loved to tinker and to help repair things. He became interested in mechanics and was planning on going to school to become a diesel mechanic after graduation. He enjoyed helping his friends work on their vehicles and farm equipment . There was really nothing more that he enjoyed more than that. In school, Trent wrestled and played football. He enjoyed being part of a team and feeling useful. Trent fought hard for acceptance and being part of a team gave him that.

Trent enjoyed the outdoors and was indeed a true redneck boy. He loved fishing, four wheeling, and mudding. You could always find Trent doing something that would get him dirty.

Trent had a big personality and an even bigger heart. He never knew a stranger and would drop everything to help anyone that needed it. Trent was the biggest giver of second chances and wholeheartedly believed that every person that he met had his best interest in mind. Trent loved unconditionally.

Trent was always smiling, and always joking. He rarely had a serious moment. He loved to make people laugh and found humor in most everything. He truly had a heart of gold.

Trent left this world far too soon and his absence has left huge voids in the hearts of all those who loved him. He leaves behind his mother, his father, his sister, step brother and sister, and so many other family members and friends that loved him dearly. He will be missed each and every day beyond measure.
