Wayman A. Smart "Bud" was born January 10,1949 and passed June 19,2024. He made an impression with all he met. Bud was best known as a loving father and grandfather. Family was always his top priority. His family describes him as being very ambitious and successful, an extraordinary man who was also brave and kind. He was one of a kind and will be sorely missed.
