Judith Ann Jaedicke of Overland Park, Kansas passed away on Monday July 12, 2021 surrounded by her family.   Judy was born in Kansas City, Kansas on March 23, 1943, the second oldest daughter of Paul Sells and Jacqueline Hand. She graduated from Washington High School in 1961 where she met her loving husband, Carter. They were happily married for 39 years and raised their daughter, Shelly Jaedicke Killeen.

Our beloved Judy will be remembered for her kindness, class, tremendous sense of humor and beautiful smile, her loyal friendship and love for her family. Judy enjoyed gathering with friends and family often, and loved cooking for the holidays, especially hosting her beloved Thanksgiving dinner. Judy spent many weekends at Truman Lake where she was a founding member of Sky Village. The lake was a place for family and friends to gather and make lasting memories with her.  Judy was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, a best friend and companion.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband Carter Jaedicke and her daughter Shelly Killeen.  She is survived by her sisters Sharon (Richard) Maron of Upland, CA, Pamela (Lee) Dunlap of Gainesville, VA, and Debbie Meyer of Lenexa, KS, her grandchildren Bridget and Jonathan Killeen, son-in-law Daniel Killeen, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.
