Community Caregiver Award

At Johnson County Funeral Chapel, we have tremendous respect and appreciation for our community of end-of-life caregivers. Thus, in partnership with Heartlight Center, we have created this Community Caregiver Award. We are looking for nominations of caregivers who are a shining light of comfort for the patients they serve and their families. We will honor caregivers based upon a review of nominations from peers, friends, patients and their families.
