病卒于公元2022年2月22日，于美国堪萨斯州；

同她的先生王曾仲先生一起，先后自2013年10月、2015年12月、2017年9月、2019年4月决定长期居住美国直到今日，先后共4次赴美探望在堪萨斯工作的儿子。遗憾的是因心脏病突发，医治无效，不幸于公元2022年2月22日在堪萨斯的医院辞世。

由于李女士从小受到中国传统的良好家风的影响，所以她养成了勤劳、善良、正直、吃苦耐劳、富于同情心的品质和生活作风。她有着慈母心肠，一贯关心孩子的教育、爱护子女、体贴丈夫、支持丈夫的工作、勤俭持家，称得上一位贤妻良母。她与人为善，平等相待她的亲朋好友，并与之和谐相处，得到亲朋的一致赞扬，她热爱学习，天资聪颖，乐于接受新鲜事物，对世界充满了无限的热爱

令人敬佩的是，自1981年以来，李女士一直受到乳腺癌，心脏病。糖尿病、胆结石等疾病的困扰与折磨，先后做过开胸、搭桥、瓣膜等数次大手术，10多次住院治疗，但她始终顽强地与各种疾病作斗争，不屈不挠坚持到生命的最后一刻

我们全家为不幸失去这样一位优秀的妻子、一位母亲、一位奶奶、一位外婆，而感到万分的悲痛，我们全家无比的爱戴她。怀念她。我们衷心地祝愿她，在天国无忧无虑地快乐生活！愿上帝保佑李秀荣女士！上帝与她同在！
